Job Description

• Make understanding our customers a constant priority, including activities such as:  
  • User problems and pain point theming  
  • Use Case and Scenario analysis  
  • Work/Task Flow development  
  • Designing UX artifacts 
• Work with UX Team Members and cross functional teams to ensure consistent user experience for our customers  
• Contribute to improving the prototypes of product designs where needed 
• Scribe, observe, participate and document findings for Workshops and Usability Testing 
• Collaborate with UX team members to determine design pattern documentation 
• Collaborate with UI Development to establish working UI component libraries 
• Produce wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes and mockups with documentation for product team development 
• Take direction from Sr UX leadership on Design Thinking and Voice of Customer activities 
• Perform additional UX duties as required to support ISOnet and reimagined applications 
• Actively participate in projects that use Design Thinking and learn the process.  
• Learn how the various methodologies are applied.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Centered Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design and/or 1yr equivalent UX work experience or similar role (Bachelor's minimum)  
• Preliminary knowledge in Visual Design, Product Interaction Design, and Design System frameworks establishing the branded interfaces for Web Products and Services. 
• Understanding and active learning of human-centered design principles, design processes, and methodologies.  
• Studied Design Thinking Framework to solve problems 
• Experience in creating both low- and high-fidelity wireframes (from sketching to interactive prototypes). 
• Solid understanding of interactive web technologies (HTML5/CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, Angular, Material Design) and industry trends and experience designing applications leveraging these trends. 
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to successfully develop and deliver shippable products. 
• Should have experience using the following software: 
• Axure RP Pro  
• Figma or Sketch 
• Adobe Illustrator 
• Experience with facilitation and collaboration tools: 
• MS Teams, JIRA, Confluence 
• Miro (Virtual Whiteboard)
