Apply now for the position of Warehouse Operations Service Project Manager and you will be responsible for project management activities for various kinds of projects and be accountable to meet respective project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Your role:
- You will work with our 3PL warehouse provider to drive internal process improvements, identify opportunities for productivity and cost savings.
- You identify and lead initiatives that include the organization’s warehousing activities, service providers, and regional units leading to improvements in service quality, cost, productivity, and transparency and introducing new and enhanced functionality and features that enhance the customer experience and grow loyalty.
- You deliver project productivity commitments plus identify methods to measure and monitor productivity.
- You assist with other projects through cross collaboration of regional and global CSML team Commitments.
- You manage internal Customer Service initiatives to be conducted in time, quality and cost.
- You adhere to the respective guidelines to include tax regulations, EHS and PM@Siemens which deploys all (or specific) methods to optimally achieve the project goals (e.g. planning controlling, reporting, claim management, risk management, management of internal and external stakeholders, etc.).
- You will also assist in daily operations and need an in depth knowledge of inventory management.
Your expertise:
- A BS Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or demonstrated equivalent experience in a logistics environment.
- 4+ years demonstrated experience leading projects, delivering productivity/cost savings, Managed Logistics P41 SAP environment, Carrier Networks and system integration, Order Processing and Deliver environment, transportation modes (management, implementation).
- Ability to manage various types of external partners and delivering on improvements.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets.
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization and communicate clearly in a professional manner.
- Ability to travel at onset of starting the role 10% - 15% and then percentage will decrease

The base pay range for this position is:
$89,220 - $122,672Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
