Video Production Executive

We seek a Video Production Executive to join our growing Creative, Content & Social Team.

As a Video Producer on the Ryanair video team, you're expected to take a creative concept and make it a reality through creative, entertaining and cut-through video content.

Day to day, you will:

• Working with Creative Video Lead; support, develop and execute a style/approach to Ryanair video content across key marketing channels that lives and breathes Ryanair's tone as a disrupter.
• Work with social media and design team on creative projects to develop disruptive & chaotic ideas monthly.
• Work with the broader video team to deliver the pipeline of projects from start to finish, to become more self-sufficient as a production team.
• Bring starter ideas down to earth, helping turn ideas into creative concepts in collaboration with different teams in the marketing and communications department.
• Understand stakeholders' objectives (internal and external partnership) and provide direction to video content and responses to a brief where necessary.
• Comfortable with the role video players beyond scripted and edited film, how it is the vehicle to document or tell the stories of mischief/ways Ryanair disrupt and helps drive talkability on digital and in the media.

Requirements

• 2+ years of video production experience, ideally.
• Production Management experience: be comfortable taking the producer role on a video project, savvy on all pre-production and production needs.
• Command of standard design applications (i.e., Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• You are strong in creative, inspirational, out-of-the-box thinking and how that translates into a compelling, innovative concept.
