We are looking for a Scheduling and Staffing Coordinator to support Early Learning Programs. This position will be based in our Johnstown, PA office.

What are the duties and responsibilities?

Staff Scheduling and Coverage 

• Schedule staff for Before and After School Programs, Summer Camps, Kids Day Out (KDO), snow days, delays, and early dismissals 

• Be available 24/7 for call-offs and adjust staffing as needed to ensure coverage, as well as be flexible in filling shifts as needed  

• Manage KDO, snow days, cancellations, and early outs 

Billing and Enrollment Management 

• Oversee billing for all programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness
