Job Description
At CSCI, we specialize in delivering innovative, high-performance solutions that support complex government systems. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Technical Architect to lead infrastructure planning and technical oversight for our Department of Defense (DoD) and federal clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT leader with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), performance engineering, and enterprise system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Leading technical planning and infrastructure management for hardware, software, and network components
- Conducting platform performance reviews, sizing, scalability assessments, and benchmarking activities
- Delivering architectural guidance for Oracle EBS R12.2+ environments, including production, COOP, and test/dev ecosystems
- Managing disaster recovery planning, performance testing, and capacity planning with agility to support emerging technology integration
- Writing high-quality technical documentation and deliverables for government stakeholders
- Maintaining rigorous standards for system security, readiness, and compliance
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service environments using Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
- IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification as per DoD 8570.01-M
- Applicable CE/OS certification for Oracle-based DAI environments
- Proven expertise in infrastructure planning, performance engineering, and enterprise platform management
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CGFM) from a nationally recognized authority
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills with strong command of the English language
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence

- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
- Past experience working with a federal agency
- Department of Defense experience is a plus!
