Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Engineering Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your well-honed expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring its delivery aligns with the quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Product Design, Quality Assurance, and Customer Relations), oversee the project's technical risks and corresponding mitigation plans, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Being accountable for the customer acceptance of the project solution,

  • Ensuring that all technical requirements of the contract are addressed throughout the project lifecycle,

  • Acting as the chairman of the Project Change Control Board (CCB),

  • Rising variation orders in case of contractual scope evolution and managing them alongside the Project Manager,

  • Managing the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan,

  • Supervising Verification & Validation activities,

  • Being accountable for Engineering Work Package Quality, Cost, and Delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. MS in similar fields is preferred.,

  • 5 years of experience or understanding of project deployment full lifecycle view.,

  • Knowledge of engineering scope, budget, and cost and planning control.,

  • Customer relationship/interfacing skills.,

  • A professional engineering license is preferred.,

  • Prior engineering leadership experience is preferred.,

  • Experience in managing technical risks and mitigation plans.
