The Opportunity:

Capital One Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Manager that can help innovatively shape the way associates at Capital One think about and manage risk everyday. The product, Fuse, is developed entirely in-house as our internal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, where we are transforming risk management with technology.

 

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, data, technology and design – ideal for someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, partnering with key stakeholders, and continuously learning individually and as a team. This role will own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management, focusing on gathering business requirements, user insights, translation to engineering teams, and prioritizing within a product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engine
