iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Backend Platform & Infrastructure for the Zio software platform.  In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our platform agile team focusing on system integrations, backend architecture, and device intake software. This role will be key to our internationalization, partnership integration, and adjacent market initiatives.  You will be leading an agile team and working closely with engineering, technical project management, and software QA to build products that serve as the backbone of our end-to-end Zio system. Aside from the core development team, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to gather VOC, define product strategy, and launch new products and features.

What you will be doing

  • Define strategy and roadmap for platform software components, communicating to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Lead platform agile team as a business owner in the day-to-day execution of the roadmap, with a strong focus on delivering the right software features in a timely manner.

  • Collect stakeholder feedback (inclusive of operational teams and engineering teams) to understand unmet needs to support business scalability and business objectives.

You know how to balance moving forward with assessing the risk of the unknown. Balancing multiple initiatives and stakeholder requests is your forte, and you are able to communicate your prioritization rationale so the rest of the team is aligned. You are respected and can take charge, but everyone feels comfortable challenging you or coming to you with new ideas.

What we would like to see
