Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Revenue generation >$5M annually through the development of new products and services that take advantage of the fully supply chain (manufacturers) inclusive of network programs, cash card, Specialty pharmacy, etc.
- Collaborate with business owners across the organization to develop multi-year product roadmaps, included forecasted revenue across various aspects of the Enterprise.
- Develop financial models that take into account revenue and margin impact across Medimpact enterprise, across multiple areas of impact; rebates, networks, specialty pharmacy, etc. Must demonstrate financial viability at the enterprise and individual department/company level.
- Work with Clinical, Underwriting, Contract Management, and other teams to implement processes and organizational structure to guide the operational evaluation, prioritization, and development of new and ongoing programs and enhancements to ensure strong financial performance.

This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written). Education and/or Experience
PRN05 - BA/BS Degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Master of Public Health (MPH) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; 10+ years related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s), specifically in Pharmacy Benefits Management or Pharmaceutical Supply Chain management required.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of SQL Database software and Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, and Access.

Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to negotiate and discuss program strategies with pharmaceutical manufacturers, with a proven ability to demonstrate value propositions.
- Proven experience in presenting program value and strategy at C-suite, executive level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
