About the Opportunity

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle — from planning and initiation through to successful delivery. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and governance.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale organisational initiatives within a values-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously using established project management methodologies
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office
  • Support and mentor team members to strengthen project management capability across the organisation

 

About You

You are an experienced and adaptable project professional who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys driving outcomes that make a difference.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in corporate, health, community, or not-for-profit environments
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and governance practices
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail
  • A relevant project management qualification or certification (desirable)
