Sales Support Rep

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Field inquiries, resolve concerns, and route opportunities to our sales team
• Organize and maintain company supplies, apparel, and business resources
• Assist with marketing projects, mailings, and website content updates
• Track and schedule services for completed projects
• Greet and assist showroom visitors, ensuring a top-notch experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support order processing
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and installation teams
• Prepare outgoing mail and manage digital documents
• Support our mission to deliver new markets and customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, preferably in retail or the building products industry
• Familiar with the Portland, OR metro area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and CRM systems (Jobber experience a plus!)
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• A positive attitude and strong relationship-building abilities
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

What we offer

Starting pay of $25.00 per hour, plus you will have an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance (TIP) pay when the team achieves performance targets. Generally, your full-time work schedule is Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
