What You Will Do

We have an opportunity for an established Quality Clinic Data Analysis professional (P2).  In this individual contributor role, you will drive individual and team success by owning and successfully executing on the objectives set for your area.   You will influence process and planning decisions sharing knowledge and educating others on statistical trends and data leveraging. As a Clinic Data Analyst, primary duties include RCCA investigation, Defect reporting and presenting, Material Corrective Action Board meeting facilitator. Quality Clinic Data Analyst candidate will be required to coordinate across many functional areas including Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Material Planning, Engineering, Safety, and Process engineers. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Material Corrective Action Board activities- reviewing and resolving defects
  • Establish turnaround times, coordinate meetings, and lead initiatives to ensure timely disposition of MRB materials. Escalate as required.
  • Establish and publish pertinent Dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Work closely with the production floor, support process improvements, and coordinate lessons learned and corrective action. 
  • Ensures compliance with existing Quality procedures and/or process control documentation, and train team members, as necessary. 
  • Facilitate improvement initiatives/projects to improve quality related metrics.
  • Compile data and write analytical reports regarding existing or potential nonconformance studies or projects. Champion incorporating best practices into current and future application.
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party regulatory audits, review and implementation of engineering change orders, any specifics tasks from department manager. 

 

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) and 6+ months of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Program/Project Management, Operations or Materials Management or Quality field; OR Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate's degree and 4+ of relevant industry experience; OR High School or Tech School diploma and 6+ relevant industry experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Degree in STEM; Engineering preferred.
  • Quality Engineering experience with knowledge of Quality standards and MRB process.
  • Audit process experience and knowledge of AS9100 standards
  • Project management experience, or certification in Project Management (PMP)
  • CAB Facilitator experience
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma).
  • Experience working with Sol
