For more information, visit www.nu.com.mx.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Ensure Nubank's sustainable growth by complying with regulatory requirements regarding financial secrecy and responding to requests from authorities, challenging the status quo by:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Responding to any official communication from the CNBV (National Banking and Securities Commission) related to requests for information, documentation, freezing and unfreezing of accounts related to Nubank customers that may be requested by the competent fiscal, administrative, and judicial authorities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Managing and administering the list of blocked individuals at the entity.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Being diligent, flexible, and resilient, in accordance with Nu's principles!</p> <p><br><br></p> <p>To that end, our Judicial Orders team is responsible for supporting and executing all front-line defense operational routines related to official communications from the CNBV.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Typical responsibilities assigned to you might include:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support the team responsible for attention and monitoring requirements received through the portal of the Inter-Institutional Information Transfer System - Attention to Authorities, of the National Banking and Securities Commission (SITI AA portal of the CNBV).</li> <li>Control and timely download of the digital requirements published for the financial institution, and be in charge of end-to-end flow, considering analysis of the requirements and the final response to the Regulator.</li> <li>Be part of the Judicial Orders team, focused on Mexico´s enquiries, reporting directly to our Regulatory Solutions Squad in Mexico;</li> <li>Support Judici
