Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Monitors and measures the quality of post claims adjudication by Dental Paraprofessional evaluates compliance with established performance standards.
• Conducts audits of Dental Claims and prepares audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of requirements and process changes for both the Account and Client.
• Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.

• Basic ability to handle multiple project and task responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needs.
• Ability to participate in various formal and informal professional development training sessions and established quality assurance training.

What you should expect in this role

• Hybrid work environment 3 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work.  
• The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area.

The pay range for this position is $43,100.00 - $61,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
