The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program Integration Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader within the program, responsible for helping drive the seamless integration of our Third-Party Risk & Resilience program into the business. This pivotal role requires a proactive and influential individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy to mature and operate our Third-Party Risk and Resilience (TPRR) framework.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing command media (policies, procedures, business process instructions, and D-documents), providing critical support to contracting and business operations, and supporting the successful configuration of our TPRM technology platform in alignment with business process objectives. You will also work closely with program leadership to facilitate governance and strategic alignment across the enterprise. Furthermore, you will lend your expertise to technology development activities (e.g., conversational AI models), create impactful communication materials, and support the development and refinement of the program's strategic roadmap.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while having a deep understanding of third-party risk management and supply chain dynamics. Your leadership will be instrumental in tracking and remediating gaps identified in Project Sentinel and ensuring the overall success and maturity of the TPRR program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Drives the integration of the Third-Party Lifecycle into business and supply chain processes in an efficient and effective manner

  • Supports the TPRR Working Group, facilitating meetings with executive leaders across the enterprise, driving agenda topics, and ensuring strategic alignment among key stakeholders

  • Helps develop and refine the multi-year program roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and securing buy-in from leadership

  • Oversees the tracking and remediation of identified gaps from Project Sentinel, providing regular updates to leadership

  • Develops and maintains command media, including policies, procedures, business process instructions, and D-Documents to govern third-party risk

  • Provides expert support for contract negotiations, ensuring appropriate risk and resilience clauses are included and enforceable

  • Offers guidance and support to business operations teams, helping them to understand and implement TPRR requirements

  • Supports the configuration and optimization of the TPRM technology platform to meet evolving business needs

  • Collaborates on the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance TPRM processes

  • Supports the execution of a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of program developments and requirements

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners in Procurement, Contracts, Legal, Enterprise Security, IT, Enterprise Business Systems, and Corporate Compliance

  • Acts as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and consultation on third-party risk and resilience to teams across the enterprise

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience with third-party risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, supply chain risk management, and/or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects and/or programs with significant cross-functional dependencies

  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures

  • Experience communicating complex technical and programmatic concepts effectively

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or a related field

  • Experience with Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) frameworks, particularly NIST SP 800-161

  • Experience in a leadership role on a technology implementation project, specifically with GRC/TPRM tools
