Job Description

• Work with Operations team to optimize material all areas of the value stream Source, Make, Deliver (System CIP)
• Functions as task/ project lead for various projects to address improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery 
• Provide coaching, recommendations, and assist with cost estimates concerning identified improvements
• Utilize Bosch Project A3 to manage Point CIP projects from Business Case through handover to Daily Leadership Routine (DLR)
• Coordinate with all departments to promote and train on standard BPS Elements and Planning Guideline
• Audit process to Warehouse Maturity Standard
• Analyze work content to obtain balanced production and improve quality through fluctuating volumes and customer demands
• Participate and approve Engineering Changes for new and existing products and Product Assembly Work Place Instructions
• Collect and monitor Improvement actions on departmental Leader CIP OPLs, providing coaching to management and associates on the LeaderCIP process
• Follow the Bosch EPITOP process to assist with the development and implementation of network architecture
• Provide support to local ITM Coordinator
• Develop SQL databases, including the planning and maintaining of databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
• Min of 3 years’ experience in logistic or manufacturing environment
• 2+ years’ experience with Bosch will be a plus
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of Lean Production System Elements
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work within team members located in multiple locations
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder and SAP a plus
