The Opportunity That Awaits You: Imagine stepping into a role where you’re not just supporting a commercial strategy—you’re helping shape how a breakthrough therapy reaches the surgeons and patients who need it most.
In this position, you become the trusted voice and partner to surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), translating the promise of Aquablation therapy into real-world impact. You’ll work side by side with a high-performing sales team, not from the sidelines, but as the expert they rely on to deepen relationships, open doors, and accelerate adoption in meaningful ways.
Your days will be dynamic and hands-on. One moment, you’re engaging directly with a leading surgeon—understanding their perspective, challenges, and goals. The next, you’re crafting and delivering a compelling value story that resonates clinically and commercially. You won’t just talk about strategy—you’ll bring it to life by designing and executing programs that expand adoption, strengthen engagement, and turn early adopters into passionate advocates.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical insight and marketing influence—someone who can connect the dots between data, relationships, and outcomes. You’ll lead initiatives that welcome new users into the fold, deepen partnerships with existing customers, and activate KOLs across multiple channels to amplify impact.
If you’re energized by building credibility with top surgeons, influencing how innovative therapies grow, and seeing your work translate into real-world change, this is your opportunity to make a lasting mark. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: · Audience Strategy & Execution: Drive a surgeon-focused commercial strategy to accelerate the adoption, utilization, and advocacy for Aquablation therapy. This includes leading initiatives that convert new users and expand existing engagement. · KOL Activation & Advocacy: Activate and partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize commercial impact across sales, peer-to-peer, digital, and society channels. You will work to build a strong network of advocates who champion Aquablation therapy. · Commercial Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to the US sales team, developing programs, tools, and messaging that enhance the surgeon's journey from awareness to advocacy.
· Value-Based Messaging & Proof Points: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and promote clinical and economic proof points that resonate with the surgeon audience and quantify the value of Aquablation therapy.
· Program Development & Scaling: Develop and lead the commercialization of new programs that align with surgeon needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
· Market Intelligence: Proactively stay abreast of clinical trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform and evolve our go-to-market strategies.
· Analytics & Performance Tracking: Leverage data and analytics to define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure program effectiveness, and optimize strategies to drive a clear return on investment (ROI).
