What You’ll Do:
- Repair and maintain all machinery as assigned.
- Assist in the training of full-time employees in the proper, safe, and efficient operation of equipment.
- Work with Department Manager in problem areas to reduce downtime, product waste, and inefficiencies.
- Accurately complete Preventative Maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Adhere to Cher-Make established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- General knowledge of robotics operation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of lubrication methods and application of products.
- Ability to perform hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Must safely and properly use hand and power tools and understand machine shop practices.
