We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who can own the development and execution of our situational response products. As the product owner, you’ll build the roadmap, iterate on the solutions, and help us scale quickly to meet the growing demand. Within this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and sales to continuously deliver value to our customers by designing new features and capabilities to solve their most pressing problems.
What You’ll Do
• Become a product expert and develop a deep understanding of how assessment and monitoring delivers value to our customers.
• Partner with Growth and Customer Success to understand and represent the needs of existing and prospective customers.
• Facilitate product discovery activities to understand how Noonlight can continue to progress towards our three pillars: Zero missed emergencies, Fastest response, and Zero false alarms.
• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, collect data, and monitor performance to quickly iterate on ideas for new product features and UX improvements.
• Recommend and champion improvements to existing product lines with collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a product roadmap and lead and align cross functional teams - engineering, operations, customer success and marketing to execute on the vision.
• Work with engineering, support, sales and high-profile partners to troubleshoot and resolve escalated product issues.
• Take ownership for product execution; manage the backlog, define requirements and success criteria, determine prioritization for the work and partner with engineering to bring the product to life.

Requirements
• Successful candidates will demonstrate natural leadership, critical thinking, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, curiosity, creativity, and tenacity
• 3-5 years in product, project, or program management with a track record for managing and launching successful products.
• B.S. or B.A. required. Degree in an engineering discipline, computer science, math, physics or related field is highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile driven engineering team, based on mutual trust and credibility
• Willingness to assist in variety of product related tasks (logistical, testing, troubleshooting, planning)
• Ability to act as customer advocate in dynamic group environment while considering team’s overall priorities and goals
• Uses sound business judgment to develop and manage client relationships
