The persons selected for this position will perform a variety of food preparation tasks other than cooking, to
-preparing cold foods/shellfish and slicing meat
-storing and stocking of food
-sanitation tasks.
The Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC), operating since 1994, serves Office of Mental Health facilities and other NYS facilities, government facilities and not-for-profit agencies. Cook Chill is a system of preparing large quantities of food using a time/temperature process that provides an extended shelf life. The persons selected for this position will perform a variety of food preparation tasks other than cooking, to include preparing cold foods/shellfish and slicing meat; storing and stocking of food; and sanitation tasks.
Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM- Fully onsite
