Are you fired up about translating powerful technology into real-world customer value? Do you thrive in the sweet spot between product, sales, and marketing—and love crafting stories that cut through the noise? Then we want you on our team.

At Veeam, we're looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and creative Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help drive the continued success of the Veeam Data Platform—our flagship Data Resilience solution that keeps the world’s data safe and always available. This isn't just another PMM role. We're looking for someone who’s ready to own their impact—from launches and messaging to sales enablement and demand generation.

Requirements:

  • Drive product go-to-market (GTM) strategy: Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Veeam Data Platform across key personas and verticals.
  • Launch like a pro: Plan and execute messaging and GTM for product and feature launches that make customers excited and sellers confident.
  • Be the glue across teams: Collaborate with product management, sales, demand gen, field, and partner marketing to keep messaging aligned and impactful.
  • Create marketing magic: Build or guide campaign messaging that converts, with a deep understanding of email nurture flows, personas, and behavioral triggers that lead to desired outcomes.
  • Influence the web experience: Partner with web and digital teams to ensure web journeys and SSO flows reflect the buyer journey and support conversions that result in actionable leads.
  • Champion the SDR team: Work hand-in-hand with Sales Development Representatives to give them the content, messaging, and campaign support they need to crush their goals.
  • Become the expert: Know your product, the market, the trends, the competition, and—most importantly—your customer inside and out.
  • Tell data-backed stories: Use insights and metrics to refine your messaging and prove what’s working (or what’s not).

Requirements:

  • Proven product marketing experience: You’ve launched features, created messaging, built enablement decks, and supported sales for over 5+ years as a product marketer.
  • Pure marketing wizardry: You understand cadence, effective Calls To Action (CTA), personalization, and when to stop writing and hit send.
  • Understanding of web journeys: You know how a great landing page + SSO + content = a seamless buyer experience.
  • SDR-savvy: You’ve worked with SDRs before and know what resonates and supports their daily outreach.
  • Great communicator: Whether it's a 10-word headline or a 10-minute presentation, your message lands.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and collaborative: You're not just passionate—you bring others along for the ride.
  • Comfortable with complexity: You can make technical things sound simple and human.
  • Experience in product marketing or a related role within B2B tech (ideally SaaS, data protection, or cybersecurity—bonus points for experience in enterprise software).
