Job Description
Imagine yourself as part of the team that is building the future of People Technology at Visa. Visa’s People Technology organization is looking for a Sr. Manager for Business Operations and Strategy as the main point of contact to orchestrate the success of organization level initiatives. This role will serve as the Chief of Staff for the organization and report to the VP of People Technology.
You will be instrumental in achieving high-quality results which in turn have a positive impact on the quality of relationships and motivation in our organization, thus creating a reinforcing engine of success. You will serve as a focal point to track multiple People Technology initiatives where you will work closely with passionate, hardworking leaders who come to work each day with the goal of leveraging Technology to make our employees lives and careers better.

Essential Functions:
- Be the liaison and primary point of contact for all non-project related interactions between People Technology organization and the rest of the company.
- Drive organization's annual goal planning, key measures, and reporting using OKRs.
- Be an exemplary leader and a role model for the organization's culture, vision, mission, and goals.
- This is an enabler role. Make organization leaders successful by providing frameworks for success. Know the products & culture, be flexible and adaptable, have data at your fingertips, and help remove blockers.
- Build excellent personal relationships with leaders & stakeholders to command their attention.
- Proactively drive, track, and close out internal organization initiatives from ideation to execution. Provide regular visibility to leadership on progress, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Orchestrate success for workforce planning and software renewals by working with stakeholders within the org.
- Ensure change management best practices are followed for rolling out org initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and sounding board to help communicate, track, and oversee organizational strategy and goals.
- Manage the submission of high quality and informative updates to management:
- Executive level dashboard reporting
- Executive Committee and Board of Director reporting
- Executive Project Watch Lists
- Executive status on open/pending/completed tasks
- Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) updates
- Hiring and Workforce Planning reports
- Data gathering and reporting asks from Visa Technology and Business Operations teams
- Communications & employee engagement:
- Orchestrate townhalls, all staff's, brown bags, newsletters, org branding, publishing accomplishments, training, employee surveys action planning, recognition planning, RTO initiatives.
- Manage SharePoint/ Teams sites for the org.
- Create flourishing culture of excitement, fun, and cohesion by connecting the dots across the organization for improved employee wellbeing and engagement.
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,600 to 162,000 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work
