ABOUT THE TEAM
The Manufacturing Production team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Learning and Development team plays a critical role in equipping employees with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to excel in their roles. The L&D team designs, develops, delivers training programs that enhance technical profiecincy, ensure compliance, and support career growth within the organization.
ABOUT THE JOB
The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for the overall user experience of the LMS for the Production Org. This role will maintain all aspects of day-to-day management and structure of the LMS, including the effective deployment, maintenance, and reporting of learning programs, while providing technical and administrative support to learners, trainers, and stakeholders. This will include but is not limited to uploading, organizing, and updating training materials, courses, and assessments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage overall course program content and structures within the LMS
- Test and verify LMS workflows and procedures (such as deployment of elearnings, instructor led, and blended programs), identifying areas of optimization and improvement
- Write and maintain technical procedures and policy documentation to ensure the integrity of the LMS.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure QA practices are consistent, and quality standards are met across all LMS projects for all Manufacturing teams.
- Assist in developing and enforcing LMS governance policies and best practices
- Coordinate training events and sessions, and utilize the LMS for tracking and other data as required by the instructor.
Data Collection, Reporting, and Delivery
Collaborates with L&D Ops Specialists, L&D Partners, People Tech team, and IT team to:
- Assist with identifying data that should be consistently tracked across all programs, as well as data that is unique to each program
- Setting up reports and dashboards with the LMS, Confluence, or other system as needed (liaise with People Tech and IT teams for help)
- Ensure data is being collected and tracked accurately
User Support
- Replying to inquiries in accordance to our SLA (within 48 hours)
- This person will Troubleshoot low to mid level technical issues and provide technical support to users. Resolving learner issues (eg: enrollment, scheduling, reporting)
- Track High level technical LMS issues with appropriate support teams
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues when necessary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in using and maintaining learning management systems, or other systems such as an HRIS system
- Experience with course management, reporting, and user support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using and administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Development, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
- Basic Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or other elearning standards
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS
