Key Responsibilities
Design for Impact: Deliver intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that enhance user engagement across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure designs are informed by data and aligned with business goals.
Create Scalable Systems: Contribute to a design system that ensures consistency across platforms while supporting both design and engineering workflows.
Deliver Polished Design Work: Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and guide implementation.
Solve Ambiguous Challenges: Tackle user experience problems by balancing user needs with business requirements to deliver impactful results.
Contribute to Innovation: Help identify opportunities for new features and improvements, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital product design for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Experience designing for sports products; knowledge of predictive gaming is a plus.
• Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the industry.
• Proven ability to create designs that meet or exceed accessibility standards.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency with design tools for creating concepts, prototypes, and specifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
