As a Staff Aide, you will:
- Cover last-minute call-outs in Naples
- Assist multiple clients as needed
- Start new cases until a permanent caregiver is assigned
- Provide coverage when caregivers are on vacation
- Travel throughout Naples to ensure seamless care

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals
- Run errands and provide transportation as needed
Requirements
Requirements
- HHA Certificate or CNA License (preferred)
- Two years of home care experience (required)
- Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (required)
- Willingness to travel throughout Naples, FL
