About the role
Redaptive is looking for a Partner Management Associate to perform the critical role of interfacing between vendors/partners, Project Management, Sales, and other internal teams to provide support throughout partner and project lifecycle management. In this role, as a member of our Partner Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that partners are onboarded and monitored compliantly, project costs are properly documented and reportable, and for providing support to departments across the organization to maintain and enhance our Partner Management processes and ecosystem.
The ideal person for this role has a high level of attention to detail, is especially organized, and is able to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes as well as develop new practices. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders is key in addition to assisting with supporting activities across multiple departments and functions to help drive our energy efficiency and generation projects to completion. This position reports to the Manager of Partner Compliance & Integration.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Redaptive’s vendor partners to gather, analyze, create, and retain documentation for the partner management and project lifecycles
- Assist with vendor management activities as needed, including partner onboarding, contracting, ongoing monitoring, periodic business reviews, and maintaining vendor compliance data in our software platforms
- Ensure data integrity by updating Salesforce and other internal systems throughout the partner & project lifecycles
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, report project metrics, support Accounting with project related processes
- Collaborate with Redaptive’s Finance and Accounting teams with project cost documentation
- Support AP on the vendor invoice reconciliation process to include PO to invoice reconciliation, bill approval support, and invoice research and follow-up
- Generate ad-hoc reports in partner management, accounting, and project management software in support of Partner Management, Procurement, Sales, and Project & Product Management teams (experience generating reports in NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
- SLA and KPI monitoring
- Partner Scorecard creation and support for periodic Partner Business Reviews
- Provide documents and/or data for potential investor and/or customer requests and RFx activities
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of technical Partner Management solutions
- Update policies and procedures as needed
- Identify and make suggestions to better facilitate or improve Partner Management processes
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Partner Compliance & Integration and/or the Sr. Manager, Partner Management
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, including strong analytical capacity; construction project and/or vendor/partner management skills required
- Experience with construction partners preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical expertise
- Experience structuring detailed partner-specific contracts
- Successful track record in managing complex projects that entail collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Interest in nurturing the overall entrepreneurial culture of Redaptive through a “can-do, will-do” attitude; regardless of whether the position description specifically identifies the ask
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Resourceful and creative, with a drive to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Ability to work with all management levels and across various business units & departments
- Commercial insurance knowledge a plus
- ESG and Supplier Diversity Program experience a plus
- MS Office proficiency; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint expertise required
- Experience working in NetSuite, Asana, and/or Salesforce
- Interest in the Energy-as-a-Service energy efficiency and sustainable energy sector and/or experience with ESCOs or other industry related companies
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in Denver, Colorado
