If so, you’d better keep reading…</p> <p> </p> <p>In line with the Procurement mission, the Global Media Procurement Manager will be responsible for the sourcing and operational procurement processes for the Global Media category, by implementing the sourcing strategies and procurement activities.</p> <p>The objective of this role is to ensure an efficient, effective, and continuous supply of Media services for Campari and to support the design and implementation of the most appropriate sourcing solution through negotiation and contracting processes, constantly investigating opportunities to improve our cost base in a sustainable way. </p> <p>This position will play an important role in implementing business solutions and best practices in support of the Global Strategic Marketing and Commercial Teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES</u></p> <p> </p> <p>The Global Media Procurement Manager is responsible for the following: </p> <p> </p> <p><em>Category Management</em></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for delivering the global Media category strategy in alignment with key stakeholders globally and locally to apply the strategy on a regional/local level.</li> <li>Conduct regular overviews showing spend and volumes by sub-category, by supplier.</li> <li>Perform external analysis describing the industry, trends, drivers, important industry insights, and suppliers.</li> <li>Implement plan (project pipeline): including initiatives, timeline and value generated (productivity and other KPIs).</li> <li>Conduct category risk management. Map the risks identified during the external and internal analysis and address/discuss the level of risk with respective stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed/consulted.</li> <li>Contribute to the sustainability journey of the procurement function.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Sourcing </em></p> <ul> <li>Negotiating the best total value for the entrusted categories including supplier selection, pricing model and contract negotiation.</li> <li>Pre-aligning with the budget stakeholders, he/she prepares all the relevant documents for the tendering processes (e.g. RFI/RFQ/RFP, Supplier Code, Corporate Communication Code, NDA, Solvency check, etc.).</li> <li>Define the scope of spend and collect, identify and validate the requirements of stakeholders.</li> <li>Perform detailed internal and external analysis of markets and suppliers.</li> <li>Ensures contract/legal agreements are saved in a shared repository and monitors the appropriate contract implementation ensuring compliance with terms agreed. </li> <li>Define supplier hierarchy and carry out activities necessary for supplier and material coding. </li> <li>Responsible for implementing and executing processes to ensure supplier compliance with contract language and agreed KPIs (including negotiation of repayment, refund, or incremental supply in case of non-compliance).</li> <li>Define and implement productivity opportunities delivering value beyond savings approach.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Contracting</em></p> <ul> <li>Ensure signed contracts are in place for managed spend categories at the correct authority level &amp; and following all contract template guidelines.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with the legal team globally and locally when required and ensure relevant legal support is obtained at the beginning of sourcing activities.</li> <li>Ensure effective management of category contracting activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Supplier Relationship Management </em></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for implementing and executing processes to ensure supplier relationships derive the best value via QBR for lead strategic agencies.</li> <li>Implement and manage effective well-documented Supplier Relationship Agreements reducing the possibility of confusion or disputes.</li> <li>Effective evaluation and management of potential risks in the supplier-based (financial, reputational, technical and value-added capabilities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Functional leadership</em></p> <
