The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 777X Program is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Staff Analyst to join the 777X Airplane Level Integration Team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
• Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Delivers informational or technical materials.
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
• Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
• Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 6+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
• 6+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
• 6+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $79,050 - $106,950

Summary pay range Senior: $100,300 - $135,700
