Project Manager in Supply Chain (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Project Manager in Supply Chain (m/f/d) to plan and lead projects for process improvements from diagnostic and design to implementation. The focus of the role will change over time depending on the phase of the project from analytical/conceptual work (diagnostic/design) to change management (implementation). You will also prepare and lead workshops in your Team.

Your impact

• Formulate hypotheses, gather/analyze data and generate/synthesize insights
• Prepare and lead workshops
• Map processes, run problem solving sessions and develop improvements
• Plan and lead pilots/ roll-outs of improvements
• Develop and deliver trainings
• Coach stakeholders to facilitate changes

Who you are 

You are an open-minded person who acts conscientiously and reliably. With your analytical and strong judgment, you are ready to lead projects and push the project forward.

• Successfully completed university degree in business, engineering, information technology or related fields
• Knowledge and experience either cross-functional in supply chain management or in-depth in related functions, such as sales, demand planning, procurement, production, material management and/ or logistics
• Experience in project management
• SAP skills, ideally also in SAP IBP and GIB
• Analytical and conceptual abilities
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Very good German and English language skills
