Assumes responsibility and provides leadership for daily operations, coordination of work, quality service, and team member supervision in assigned area. Facilitates staff management. Coordinates quality improvement activities, resolves customer service issues and monitors resource utilization. Train and evaluate staff performance and institute corrective measures appropriately. Supports lab employees with IT solutions for everyday operational needs. Performs phlebotomy and/or operate Point of Care equipment.

Performs department related activities such as registration, phlebotomy, or operate point of care equipment

4 years - Phlebotomy & Supervisory in lieu of education may be considered. Flexibility in work schedule required. "On Call" may be required.
