We then offer you the choice of which career path you would like to pursue. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddys with experience in the path.<br/><br/>Second Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)<br/>If during your first rotation you completed the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation from month 5 through to 7 and vice versa.<br/><br/>Third Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)<br/>Having completed both paths for your 3rd Rotation you can state your preference for your final 3 months.</p><p></p><p>2 last months will be immersive in your team<br/><br/>At the end of each rotation there will be a required certification to test your skills and business acumen.<br/>Once successful during the certification process you will then be eligible to panel for promotion.<br/><br/>An Example of what you can expect during the specific rotations<br/><br/><br/>The Sales Graduate Rotation<br/> </p><ul><li><p>You will b
