Electrical Maintenance Technician

This position is an experienced skilled crafts role that creates value by performing a variety of maintenance duties, ensuring maximum facility uptime to meet production goals.

Salary

• Starting at $39.50 per hour
• 2nd shift differential is $1.50 per hour / 3rd shift differential is $2.00 per hour
• You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.
• This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program that could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus. 

Shift

• Currently hiring for 2nd shift only
• This may include overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Orientation will be on 1st shift (7am-3pm), and you will be assigned your permanent shift after your orientation.
• Milford operates on a point based attendance program.

Shift Hours

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday 630am-330pm; weekends and overtime as needed
• 2nd shift: Monday – Friday 230pm-1130pm; weekends and overtime as needed
• 3rd shift: Monday – Friday 1030pm--730am; weekends and overtime as needed
