Job Description

The Associate Sales Manager you will take on a pivotal leadership role, responsible for guiding and developing a sales team to achieve outstanding results. You will oversee moderately complex accounts, driving business growth and revenue by developing your team’s skills in customer success and revenue retention motions (renewals, upsells, and expansion). In this role, you will be accountable for your team's performance, providing coaching, training, and continuous evaluation to foster their professional development. You will also build strategic client relationships and partner with key stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
