What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Route: Manage a set of commercial clients and deliver expert pest control services that keep their businesses safe and compliant.
• Deliver Expert Service: Provide inspections, treatments, and proactive solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Solve Problems Fast: Respond to service requests and pest issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Spot Opportunities: Identify ways to expand services, generate referrals, and support our sales team.
• Stay Organized: Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready—just like you’ve done with inventory and equipment in your previous roles.

Pay Structure:

Hourly Range ($25-30/hr.)

Potential Monthly Commission $0- 12,000 a year

Annual Bonus Potential: $0-$600

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (5+ years preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in vending, bread delivery, route sales, facilities, landscaping, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in pest control, agriculture, or food production
• Pest control or safety certifications

Pre-Hire Screening:

• Motor Vehicle Record check
• Criminal background check (Federal, State, County)
• DOT physical and drug screening
