Detox Registered Nurse

 Job Description:

• Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments
• Administering medications and treatments as per provider protocol
• Assisting RN with patient admissions and discharges
• Recording client observations and reporting to the medical team as needed
• Compassionately interacting with the client population to encourage engagement in treatment.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Attending staff training and meetings as required by the employer.
• Communicating with the pharmacy as needed
• Completing patient nursing admissions not limited to intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, Gene sight swabbing.
• Follows all policies and procedures with regard to patient information protection, including alcohol-drug patient confidentiality and HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned
