Director of Leadership Coaching
Stand TogetherUnited Statesfull_timeVerifiedPosted 23 Jul 2025
About the role
Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
Stand Together Foundation is building a new approach to partnership coaching — one that empowers nonprofit leaders to thrive, adapt, and lead transformation in their communities. As Director of Leadership Coaching, you will serve a dual role: part executive-level coach, part capability builder. You'll build and lead a team of coaches, guide the evolution of our partnership strategy, and work directly with nonprofit leaders and organizations to unlock their growth and impact. In this role, you’ll build systems that help our coaches thrive, deploy our talent toward high-leverage partnership opportunities, and co-design solutions that serve both individual organizations and Stand Together Foundation’s strategy. You’ll also play a critical role in collaborating with the Foundation’s Learning and Investment teams to ensure we deliver the right support to the right partner at the right time.
