Job Title: Cook

Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

- Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards

- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and utensils

- Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly, in accordance with food safety regulations

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner

- Assist with menu planning and development, as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook, with a strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients

- Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes to our high standards

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
