North Pointe Concession Attendant - Seasonal

SUPERVISOR: Aquatic Manager/Concession Manager
SALARY: $14.00 per hour
LOCATION: North Pointe Aquatic Center, 335 Holloway Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011
MINIMUM AGE: 16 years

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the operations at North Pointe concession stand
including preparing and serving food and drink, handling cash register transactions, and cleaning
the concession stands. Will also assist in keeping eating areas clean and clear of trash.

Essential Job Functions:
● Ability to operate food preparation machines such as pizza ovens, hot dog machine, frozen refreshment machines, and cheese dispenser
● Ability to store and prepare food in a safe and appropriate manner
● Ability to operate electronic cash register
● Perform closing register procedures including filling out deposit forms
● Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once
● Interact with the public in a polite and professional manner
● Enforcement of the City of Ballwin's policies and procedures in a polite and effective manner
● Ability to clean all machines, mop floors and organize supplies

Education, qualifications and experience required:
● Must be at least 16 years old
● Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends
● Must be able to handle large sums of money and keep accurate records
● Must have transportation to and from work
● Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
● Must have or be able to obtain the Hepatitis A vaccination for safe food handling
● Must work at least 30 - 52 hours per week as a seasonal employee
