eCornell delivers online professional certificate programs to individuals and organizations around the world. Certificates are designed and developed as a collaborative effort between Cornell University faculty and eCornell’s professional instructional design and development teams.

eCornell offers more than 100 Certificates in a wide range of topics, including leadership and management, data science, engineering, marketing, technology, human resources, diversity & inclusion, healthcare, hospitality and more. New programs are being launched constantly. Short courses (most are 2-weeks) with small cohorts are designed to be interactive, and to help learners gain skills they can immediately apply in their organizations.

As a credible expert with applied experience in the associated fields, the eCornell Course Facilitator plays a key role in delivering the value of the eCornell courses. Along with content from Cornell University faculty, high-production value courses, the Course Facilitators round out the complete learning experience for students.

We are seeking additional facilitators for our Project Management certification program.

Most projects, even at successful companies, tend to go over budget and take longer than projected—even with formal training, specialized tools and automated software. The courses in this project management certificate program teach proven strategies and practical, hands-on tools to drive successful project outcomes. The student will learn how to scope projects effectively, set key milestones, improve time budgeting and resource allocation, and get the project done on time and within budget. Processes covered within the project management certificate program include agile methodologies and earned value management (EVM).

The concepts, tools, and language of project management in this program can be applied to any size or type of project. In addition to the Project Management curriculum, the students will have the option to join an intensive 5-week PMP study group, which includes live online sessions with other students, guided practice PMP exams, and preparation strategies designed to help the students prepare for the PMP exam.
