Senior Financial Controller

<h3>Your goal</h3> <p>As our Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic financial direction of Marktlink. You’ll be responsible for executing the financial strategy, strengthening financial processes, and providing proactive, data-driven advice to senior management. Then don’t wait too long to apply!</p> <h3>Your responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Independently manages complex financial administrations and reporting, including monthly and annual closings;</li><li>Takes ownership of the strategic planning and control cycle;</li><li>Leads projects focused on process optimization, data analysis, and automation;</li><li>Identifies internal and external developments and delivers strategic financial advice to senior management;</li><li>Actively engages with team members involved in their financial administration and plays a coaching role to encourage knowledge sharing;</li><li>Builds and maintains strong relationships that contribute to Marktlink’s financial health;</li><li>Ensures active communication and takes the lead in team meetings and complex discussions.</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <p>You have a proactive approach and find fulfillment in supporting colleagues. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that we would like you to have:</p>•    Higher professional education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; <br/>•    8+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting withing a large company;<br/>•    Proficiency in financial software, such as Exact Online (LucaNet is a pré);<br/>•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;<br/>•    Fluent in English and Dutch;<br/>•    Professional certifications such as RA or AA are a plus. <h3>Why us?</h3> <p>At Marktlink, we’re not just dealmakers — we’re future-shapers.
