<p>Business Manager to Country Head of Wholesale Banking NL</p><p>Jobscale 12</p><p>GJA : Business Manager IV</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a committed, energetic, highly organized, and delivery-oriented all-round Business Manager to support the recently appointed Country Head of Wholesale Banking (WB) NL. This position provides a broad insight across the Wholesale Bank in the Netherlands and requires someone who combines common sense, curiosity and maturity with excellent judgment, ability to multi-task, setting the right priorities and organizational sensitivity.</p><p></p><p>Job description<br/>As a Business Manager you will:</p><ul><li>Support the Country head WB NL in designing, promoting and implementing the WB NL organizational structure and strategy;</li><li>Be able to create buy-in and engagement at all levels however never shy back to challenge the status quo  </li><li>Evaluate the execution and success of strategic changes, ensuring progression of identified next steps and monitor KPI’s;</li><li>Support and advise the WB NL Country Head in the performance of day-to-day activities. You represent the Country Head at a tactical level and can prioritize and filter incoming requests</li><li>Responsible for overseeing and running WBNL wide improvement projects as lead</li><li>Able to autonomously analyse and suggest improvements</li></ul><p></p><p>Your work environment</p><p>You will report directly to the Country Head of WB NL, who will also be your first sparring partner.</p><p>You will collaborate with the members of the Wholesale Banking NL Management Team and act as the linking pin for key partners like Corporate Communications, Finance, Risk, COO, Regulatory and Internal Affairs to drive effective collaboration and delivery of work where needed.
