Our product line Rolling Stock &amp; Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to KAUBE Rene</span>, <span>Supplier Quality Group Domain Manager Metallic and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.  </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>We’ll look for you to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Monitor quality during the development phase of the supplier's product/process and ensure compliance with Alstom requirements</span></li> <li><span>Perform supplier quality risk assessments at Business award stage</span></li> <li><span>Ensure with the project team that Quality Alstom requirements are respected by the supplier before the “Go Order” milestone </span></li> <li><span>Prepare and perform customer FAI when requested</span></li> <li><span>Follow-up of supplier action plans; Supplier Quality Status (SQS)</span></li> <li><span>Drive supplier to meet FAI Go On Time target</span></li> <li><span>Perform handover to Supplier Quality Serial Life (after FAI Go + first 3 successful deliveries)</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to the solving of critical non-conformities and issues with suppliers, including warranty issues when escalated</span></li> <li><span>In charge of Non Conformity problem solving until FAI Go and handover performed</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>All About You</strong></span></p> <p><span>We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role</span>:</p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent</span></li> <li><span>Familiar with supplier qualifications standards (ISO, ASME,IRIS, Local Standards, etc.)</span></li> <li><span>Min 5 years experience within manufacturing industry or in a Quality role or in a Project role</span></li> <li><span>Welding experience </span></li> <li><span>Experience using SAP or similar ERP system</span></li> <li><span>Quality professional background with knowledge of quality tools (PFMEA, control plan, QRQC, 8D, Quality Wall, etc.)</span></li> <li><span>Fluent in English and German</span></li> </ul>   <p><span><strong>Things You’ll Enjoy </strong></span></p> <p><span>Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
