About the role

To qualify for pay band 4B you must meet the following: Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 4C (GS-11) or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: providing technical and administrative support on the evaluation and assessment of environmental and social risks/impacts and/or promoting sound environmental and social performance of large projects, such as roads, water and sanitation, and/or energy infrastructure; experience in environmental, social or natural sciences, natural resource management, environmental engineering, policy, planning or a related field; and experience with an international NGO, international finance organization, multilateral organization, or global business.. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application. Highly Desirable: Fluency in French, Spanish or Portuguese (please include level of proficiency, speaking and writing, in your resume). You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to or GS- (12) to be eligible for Pay Band MC- 4B.
