A Day in the Life:

The Hertz Procurement team is looking for a Manager, Contract Administration to join us in Estero, FL. In this role, you will report to the Director, P2P Technology and be responsible for ensuring all contract terms are captured and documented appropriately, as well as managing the Procurement contract database. This is an opportunity to help build a process to better service for our customers while ensuring that agreements are operationalized efficiently and accurately. overseeing and optimizing procurement technology, processes and systems throughout the business. This will include managing multiple defined processes, ensuring data integrity within our systems, and communicating frequently with various teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Hertz’s procurement contract management system (Oracle Fusion), to include being the primary liaison between IT and Procurement sourcing teams, to maintain, develop and test all current and new functions in the contract management system, required for optimal contracting database functions. 
• Actively support Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process automation and digitization objectives.
• Own the process of onboarding agreements, facilitating communication between key stakeholders, and implementing agreements into Oracle Fusion.
• Actively participate/drive process and system improvements related to the contract execution and management process.
• Create monthly Procurement and Contract Management reports.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Works independently on large scale initiatives such as contracting management system changes, enhancements, and management reporting.
• Work with the Legal team on contract template development and training for the Procurement team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, procurement, or legal field
• Background in contract creation/review, very comfortable with contractual verbiage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or similar contract management system
• Results-oriented, team player with excellent analytical, process, and problem-solving skills, the ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight, and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Handle multiple assignments and achieve goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
