Directional Drilling Crew

We are looking for Directional Drilling Crews for the following states:

• WASHINGTON;
• ALABAMA;
• MISSISSIPPI;

The crew should include a Drill Locator, a Drill Operator, and 1-2 Construction Laborers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment, including, but not limited to directional drills, locating systems, trencher, backhoe, and excavators;
• Install underground telecommunications cable conduit, including fiber optic cable;
• All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to loading, digging removal, and placement of various types, sizes, and weights of construction materials and equipment;
• Perform job site analysis (JSA), including completion of paperwork;
• Ensures the safety of the public and other utilities’ underground facilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Directional Drilling experience;
• A valid, unrestricted CDL class A/B is a must;
• Proven experience in heavy construction equipment operations with emphasis on drilling and boring machines operations;
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and drive or ride in a vehicle for long periods of time;
• Work up to 6 days per week in an all-weather environment and be willing to travel as required.
