Pickleball Facility Manager on Duty (Sundays 11-4 or 3:30-8:30 PM)

Reports to: Club Manager

Essential Functions

1. Give excellent customer service to all members and guests
2. Supervise the facility
3. Facilitate and communicate any member issues.
4. Serve as Emergency/Medical first responder.
5. Proactively meet all members needs and ensure all amenities are full .
6. Be familiar with programming, house rules, and procedures.
7. Be familiar with Club operating systems.
8. Report any necessary club repairs.
9. Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Passion for leading a successful team.
2. Preferred Current CPR/AED certification.
3. Patience, tact and good communication skills.
4. Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service.
5. Solid work ethic.
