So… What Does a Store Manager Actually Do Here?

You run the show.

As Store Manager, you’re the coach, motivator, problem-solver, culture-builder, and pace-setter for your location. One moment you’re helping a customer, the next you’re mentoring an Assistant Manager, reviewing sales goals, or celebrating a team win.

No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.

You’ll:

• Lead, inspire, and develop your store team
• Coach Assistant Managers and help prepare future leaders
• Create a positive, high-energy store culture
• Drive sales, customer loyalty, and store performance
• Keep operations organized, compliant, and audit-ready
• Hire, train, and retain great people
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team
• Build strong relationships with customers and your community

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and retail systems
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance

College experience is helpful, but real leadership experience matters most to us.
