The reason for the IT manager vacancy is the organization's need to take the next step in growth. We are looking for someone who is able to develop a<strong> </strong>long-term vision and strategy. The focus is on continuous optimizing the available tools so that they are seen by the Business as "power tools’, new developments and integrations. In addition, managing the team (team leads and technical specialists) is important.</p> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <p><strong>Main tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be a trusted people manager, coaching and motivating the team members;</li> <li>Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department;</li> <li>Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance;</li> <li>Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization;</li> <li>Interact closely with the business to follow up on their needs to follow up on the future roadmap;</li> <li>Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits;</li> <li>Analyze and optimize the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions;</li> <li>Establish and report KPI's and SLA's to measure performance and (internal) customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><br/></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Who you are</strong> </p> <ul><li>5 to 10 years preferably in an international environment Bachelor or Master level of thinking;</li><li>Knowlegde of Microsoft systems, Azure cloud;</li><li>Experience with procurement;</li><li>Background in previous functions and responsibilities;</li> <li>Currently living in the Netherlands, advanced level in English (written &amp; verbal), Dutch at least understanding and willing to learn;</li> <li>Strong communicative abilities to push back and have healthy discussions with management, the team and other colleagues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you get</strong><br/> </p> <ul><li>A gross salary based on your experience in the range from 5000 to 7500 on 40 hours a week and the possibility of a bonus;</li><li>We find a healthy work-life balance important: 30 Vacation days and the option to buy more;</li><li>8% holiday allowance;</li><li>Travel allowance of € 0,21/km with a daily maximum of 240 kilometers or fully reimbursed public transport costs; </li><li>Mobility budget or a lease car.</li></ul> <p>For your own sustainability: </p> <ul><li>Be secured with our pension plan;</li><li>Feel engaged and join our participation plan;</li><li>Keep on learning with your personal education possibilities and budget;</li><li>Be happy and fit by using our healthy cafeteria, our free on-premises fitness where you can participate in CrossFit, Pilates and Spinning classes or play table tennis or table football. </li></ul> <p><strong>Our values</strong> <br/></p> <p>Priva's mission is to create an optimal environment where people can work, grow and develop.
