What You Will Do:
Plan and prepare production schedules, assess changes, and improve processes as necessary
Prepare reports on work in progress
Facilitate the capacity management process, including progression of long term capacity increases to ensure successful execution of customer and market demands in support of SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning)
Execute continuous management of the master demand schedule, including adherence to all required validations using the best information available, in order to provide long range organizational effectiveness and aftermarket demand visibility in support of financial planning, internal and external capacity management, and the overall SIOP process.
Track status of material availability and potential production problems as it relates to production planning
Communicate with Programs and Customer Management teams to evaluate priorities
Coordinate interdepartmental activity with operations, ROCS, supply chain, engineering, quality assurance and inventory control
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Operations Planning or equivalent experience or an Associate's Degree and 4+ years of Operations Planning or equivalent experience
US Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience
Excel training
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the proven ability to lead projects
This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
