Project Coordinator - Field Services

Mintel is in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Field Services team, which provides bespoke in-market research to clients whose needs extend beyond Mintel’s subscription products. This person must be comfortable working with outside parties, maintaining a consistent workflow, as well as analyzing large sets of survey data.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee data collection and entry, ensuring the data is accurate and the shoppers’ have successfully completed the tasks.
• Ensure that project deadlines are met, and maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager about the status of each project. 
• Review and edit survey responses to ensure consistency, redacting when necessary, and cleaning up and errors located within the data.
• Communicate with mystery shoppers in a timely manner and verify the accuracy of their data, as well as problem solving any issues that arise on their end of the process.
